Experience leading 24/7 maintenance support for manufacturing sites
Ability to supervise and manage a maintenance team
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and systems to detect/mitigate equipment failures
Strong communication skills for all levels of the organization
Expertise in compliance with FDA, OSHA, GMPs, and other regulations
Skills in developing asset care roadmaps and calibration programs
Capability to manage departmental budgets and financial performance
Experience in strategic planning and continuous improvement for maintenance

Responsibilities

Attract, develop, and retain a diverse qualified staff through training, succession planning, and performance feedback
Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity through communication, collaboration, and recognition
Supervise the site preventative maintenance program and implement systems/tools to detect and mitigate failures
Ensure timely communications across maintenance organization and related departments; maintain collaborative relationships
Oversee work by maintenance personnel and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all business policies, laws, regulations (FDA, OSHA, GMPs), company policies, and procedures
Lead maintenance of site manufacturing equipment/systems and develop asset care roadmaps for reliability
Provide site calibration program compliant with regulatory requirements
Develop strategic direction for the maintenance department and monitor implementation against objectives
Manage financial performance of the department within planned budgets and implement spend controls
