Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Attract, develop, and retain a diverse qualified staff through training, succession planning, and performance feedback
  • Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity through communication, collaboration, and recognition
  • Supervise the site preventative maintenance program and implement systems/tools to detect and mitigate failures
  • Ensure timely communications across maintenance organization and related departments; maintain collaborative relationships
  • Oversee work by maintenance personnel and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all business policies, laws, regulations (FDA, OSHA, GMPs), company policies, and procedures
  • Lead maintenance of site manufacturing equipment/systems and develop asset care roadmaps for reliability
  • Provide site calibration program compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Develop strategic direction for the maintenance department and monitor implementation against objectives
  • Manage financial performance of the department within planned budgets and implement spend controls
