Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, along with over 3 years of experience in project or program management within a technical or engineering environment. Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables is required, as is proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Asana. Strong understanding of critical prioritization frameworks, exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, basic data analytics skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills are also necessary. Candidates must be able to pass federal background checks and obtain airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects within the robotics development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and milestones. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria, and developing project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Responsibilities include implementing prioritization frameworks, utilizing project management tools for tracking and reporting, facilitating status meetings, and proactively resolving project issues. The TPM will also develop standardized processes to improve team efficiency, act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, and stay updated on industry trends in robotics and program management.
