Job Title: Inbound Sales Manager/in

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Take inbound customer inquiries (Inbound Leads) and plan perfect catering experiences with them (#NoColdCalling).
  • Consultation: Find the perfect solution for the perfect event by searching for suitable concepts and catering and presenting them to the customer.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Charmantly address individual customer wishes, manage the entire process independently, and ensure customers have the best possible experience with their event.
  • Retention: After a successful order, collect feedback, assess potential for future events, and continue to engage customers.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Education (Plus): Completed training in the hotel/gastronomie - and/or event sector.
  • Service Orientation: Passion for sales and the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Driven: A sales professional who is motivated to identify new customers and uncover potential – from initial contact to closing.
  • Decision Making: Confident in making decisions.
