Requirements

  • French speaking
  • Become an expert in insurance and Alan's product, including deep understanding of competitors
  • Develop best-in-class sales and storytelling skills to understand prospects' needs, handle objections, craft compelling arguments, build trust and credibility, and close deals
  • Learn to manage pipeline efficiency and close deals daily
  • Contribute product feedback, blockers, and improvements to the self-serve experience
  • Participate in Alan’s sales traineeship program for onboarding, training, and coaching

Responsibilities

  • Support prospects in Alan’s online self-serve buying process (quote requests, chat conversations, meetings, callback requests)
  • Proactively reach out to prospects, advise on relevant insurance products, and convince them of Alan’s added value
  • Close prospects (target: contracts signed) for single member companies (freelancers, consultants) and very small companies (1-9 employees) to increase Alan’s foothold in Belgium
  • Build playbooks and tactics as part of the first team in this new inbound sales role for Belgium’s market (freelancers, very small companies, SMEs)
