Candidates must have 1 or more years of call center experience, reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, and possess 2 years of customer service experience. Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required, along with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and computer applications simultaneously. A separate, locked room for a home office and hardwired high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps x 10mbps are also necessary.
The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 will represent the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries, performing basic administrative and customer support tasks. Responsibilities include addressing complex benefit questions, resolving issues, educating members, and recording details of interactions. The representative will escalate unresolved grievances and work within defined parameters under close supervision.
