The Bilingual Member Service Guide will provide support to members across inbound calls, outbound outreach, and digital platforms, building trust and creating meaningful connections. Responsibilities include listening deeply, anticipating needs, translating complex healthcare information into simple terms, flexing between service channels as priorities evolve, and adhering to HIPAA compliance and all regulatory requirements.
