15+ years of experience
Extensive work experience and demonstrated capability in delivering quantifiable cost reduction/optimization across direct materials, logistics, manufacturing indirect, and SG&A cost categories
Experience designing and implementing Zero-based approach for clients, primarily in the automotive sector
Expertise in identifying and executing cost optimization levers impacting price, consumption, specification, digital, and analytics
Ability to conceptualize exhaustive value tree to drive EBITDA improvements
Experience leading large transformational programs in cost reduction across mentioned cost categories in value-linked deals
Excellent customer-facing capabilities with an established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements
Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with C-Suite executives
Prior experience in a Strategy Consulting firm preferred
Industry experience in segments like Auto & Industrial
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Degree in Management (PGDM) from a premier institute
