Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects, demonstrating strong implementation and project management skills. They should possess a solid understanding of complex technical products, ideally Ashby, and be technically curious and creative. Experience in navigating change management processes and advising customers on software best practices is required. Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities are essential. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a detail-oriented, technically proficient approach are also key requirements.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of Ashby's solution for new customers, primarily within the Strategic and Enterprise segments. They will develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value, working directly with customers to help them get up and running swiftly. Responsibilities include keeping projects on track to meet milestones, tailoring implementations to meet specific customer needs, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and communication, and acting as the customer's guide and advocate. The role involves advising customers on best practices, proactively addressing customer opportunities, improving internal processes, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
