Requirements

Responsibilities

The Processing Specialist will sort, research, and process various paper notices, including court notices, warrants, and bankruptcies. They will communicate clearly with clients via email and phone, research and resolve tolls and violations within the iFACS system for specific clients, and review/audit processes, providing feedback to agents. Responsibilities also include maintaining process documentation, assisting with special projects, and escalating problems to the appropriate team members.
