Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of implementation or onboarding experience, preferably in an early-stage, high-velocity startup environment. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to customer needs and demonstrate product value. Experience in construction technology or the roofing industry, and SaaS environments are considered a plus. The ideal candidate is a customer advocate, highly organized, results-oriented, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work a PST schedule.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will deliver high-quality customer interactions, drive product adoption, and manage multiple simultaneous implementations. They will coordinate with Product, Service Delivery, and Account Management teams to execute implementations and help build a scalable customer onboarding journey. Responsibilities include executing training sessions through online demonstrations, measuring engagement data, working with other Revenue teams for a cohesive experience, and driving clients towards adopting additional Roofr products to increase MRR expansion potential.
