Requirements
- 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience, preferably in the benefits or healthcare industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, providing data summaries).
- Working knowledge of other MS Office products.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material.
- Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy.
- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy/thoroughness.
- Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Must possess a passion for teamwork and providing excellent client service.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bswift Technical and subject matter expert in key meetings, including Implementation status meetings and other meetings during the implementation process with clients.
- Manage client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates.
- Proactively consult clients on best practices and serve as a subject matter expert on necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals.
- Research and recommend system enhancements based upon client needs, assisting in the development of specifications with bswift Product Managers and Developers.
- Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure all services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, making recommendations for changes to the company’s client service approach as needed.
- Proactively identify project risks and alert the Implementation lead.
- Own multiple areas of an implementation, including but not limited to:
- System configuration/testing/auditing
- COBRA/Direct Bill set up management
- Communications
- Vendor Integration
- Data conversion
- Payroll
- Coach Implementation Analysts on their deliverables.
- Research, resolve, and reply to client inquiries regarding system or process gaps.
