Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience, preferably in the benefits or healthcare industry, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, along with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

As an Implementation Delivery Lead, you will serve as a bswift Technical and subject matter expert, participating in client meetings and managing client expectations. You will proactively consult clients on best practices, research system enhancements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Additionally, you will identify project risks, own multiple areas of an implementation including system configuration, COBRA setup, communication, vendor integration, and data conversion, coach Implementation Analysts, and keep up to date with industry trends while providing excellent client service.
