Responsibilities

The Integration Analyst will be responsible for EDI account structure mapping and configuration within the Benefitfocus system, conducting test planning in partnership with team members, executing test plans to ensure quality product delivery, documenting and reporting defects, troubleshooting issues with customers and trading partners, adapting to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, participating in project meetings, and providing input to project plans and status updates.
