Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience as a consultant, business representative, or IT representative, along with technical abilities and a willingness to design and implement a RIM solution. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a team player attitude with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work diligently in a fast-paced environment. It is beneficial to have consulting experience, particularly working with a major system integrator or software vendor, and knowledge of drug development, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Operations.

Responsibilities

As an Implementation Consultant RIM, you will be responsible for implementing software and designing solutions using Veeva’s Regulatory suite, including Veeva Registrations, Veeva Submissions, Veeva Submissions Archive, and Veeva Publishing, at life sciences customers. This includes leading configuration requirements workshops, documenting design specifications, prototyping solutions, and deploying them. You will also manage projects, including resource planning, leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
