Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management or related field (highly desired)
  • Experience with change management principles and methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a change advocate and a coach to client leadership and organizational leads
  • Create the overall change management strategy for client organizations
  • Assess current state and propose future state models for organizations and service delivery teams
  • Design and implement change management deliverables and activities
  • Apply knowledge of stakeholders, change management principles, training design, and communication campaigns to support ERP implementation plans
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users
  • Assess user adoption and process improvement that support the project objectives
  • Devise mitigation and remediation strategies
