Experience with right-to-work requirements, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations is necessary. Familiarity with relevant immigration laws and regulations for assigned countries is essential.
The Immigration Consultant will ensure timely and accurate case completion, coordinate consultations and interviews, and deliver outstanding client service. They will manage the entire mobility lifecycle for non-nationals, including work authorization checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with immigration laws, liaising with local providers and government authorities, supporting clients with mobility-related questions, and contributing to mobility product planning.
