Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a similar field
2+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws, global HR compliance, and global immigration regulations is a plus
Experience contributing to HR policies, managing audits, and collaborating with legal counsel

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain company-wide HR policies, handbooks, and training initiatives
Oversee global immigration processes including U.S. work visas and permanent residence sponsorship
Maintain HRIS, prepare reports, and analyze key HR metrics
Monitor and interpret federal, state, and international labor laws to maintain compliance
Manage compliance with benefits regulations and statutory leave programs
Provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and application
Coordinate immigration case management, partnering with outside counsel
Provide guidance on immigration policies for international assignments
Collaborate with Legal to draft and implement compliant employment agreements
Ensure fair and consistent practices
