Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Sales & Account Sales, especially with imaging products
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
  • Knowledge of best practices, competition, and market differentiation factors
  • Ability to use analytical thinking, commercial experience, technical experience, and judgment to execute policy/strategy and propose solutions outside set parameters
  • Ability to prioritize information for decision making using multiple internal and limited external sources
  • Ability to act as a resource for colleagues, lead small low-risk projects, explain information, develop consensus, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues

Responsibilities

  • Selling to named account(s) (addition of new customers is rare and subject to review process), including key accounts within a single business group/P&L
  • Targeting university hospitals in Seoul, Kyunggi, and Kangwon regions for GE Healthcare's Imaging equipment sales and customer management
  • Utilizing analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute sales policy/strategy
  • Addressing complicated day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers
  • Acting primarily as an individual contributor in sales
