Requirements

Graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field
Knowledge, interest and exposure to investment management preferred
Strong verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with many individuals throughout the organization
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment
High levels of ethics, values, and integrity

Responsibilities

Manage timelines for asset delivery: Assist in managing key deadlines for delivery of assets to media agency to ensure campaigns launch on time, including Content, Digital and Webinar deadlines
Partner with Design, Digital & Content Teams: Clearly articulate timelines and requirements based on media plan and campaign objectives
Support Creative Agency Process: Attend status meetings, provide updates to timelines and deliverables when needed
Manage WorkFront Requests for Advertising Assets: Coordinate with Design and Digital teams using WorkFront, Voya’s online project management tool, to deliver advertising assets on time to publications (i.e. dedicated emails, images for promotion, Voya IM web updates)
Lead Voya IM Compliance Approvals: Manage submission process of advertising assets via AdMaster system. Partner with AGI and ACP compliance teams to review/approve advertising assets when applicable
Act as Supporting Partner for Marketing Team: Assist in critical marketing team initiatives outside Brand/Advertising as opportunities arise
