Requirements

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in IAM or security-focused IT delivery projects, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). They should be proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, skilled in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, TFS/Azure DevOps, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, as well as proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite. Experience working with third-party IAM implementations and enterprise-class IAM platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will lead and support IAM project delivery efforts through requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution documentation, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. They will gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, facilitate workshops and meetings, support Agile and Waterfall delivery models, and produce visual deliverables such as mockups, wireframes, and process maps. Furthermore, they will identify process improvement opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate solutions, support third-party integrations, and contribute to the development of reusable documentation standards and analysis frameworks.
