Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within a complex enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols, and technologies is required, including experience with IGA tools and Directory Services environments such as Azure and AWS. Experience with security frameworks and NIST cybersecurity standards is also beneficial.
The Identify Access Manager will support enterprise-wide cybersecurity IAM operations using vendor security tools, implement IAM strategy aligned with company objectives, lead the deployment and integration of IGA tool, manage the day-to-day operations of the IAM program, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM policies, coordinate regular audits, provide leadership and guidance to staff, drive adoption of IAM technologies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop and deliver training programs, design and maintain Directory Services environments, and architect secure IAM designs.
