Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in identity and access management solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like Delinea, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust. They should also have a strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, along with experience in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC). Furthermore, candidates need to be familiar with Cloud IAM configurations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and have experience with IAM automation and orchestration.

Responsibilities

The IAM Security Architect will lead the planning, implementation, documentation, and testing of IAM security solutions, develop IAM security standards, policies, and procedures, partner with business units to integrate secure identity and access controls, determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and needs, conduct system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments, oversee the implementation of identity governance and Zero Trust solutions, maintain relevant job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards, and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
