A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial services experience preferred. Candidates must possess SIE, Series 6, and/or 7 and 63 licenses, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening and profiling abilities, and a high level of integrity. Sound judgment, business maturity, and a self-starter attitude are also necessary, as is the ability to employ and adapt to new technologies.
As a Hybrid Wholesaler, the individual will proactively market Pacific Life products to financial advisors, building and maintaining relationships within their assigned territory to drive annual sales goals and profitability. This includes delivering product presentations, differentiating PL Solutions against competitors, creating and executing a quarterly business plan, and communicating regularly with managers. The role also involves managing territory competitively, developing strategic travel rotations, and managing a sales budget, ultimately increasing rep penetration and cross-selling multiple product lines by identifying sales opportunities and assisting advisors in identifying ideal clients.
