Field Service Engineer

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment. EPA certification is required, and NATE certification is preferred. A High School diploma or GED is also required.
The HVAC Service Technician will perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections, carry out HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes, facilitate orders for necessary parts, submit purchase orders, effectively communicate with customers regarding questions and concerns, train and mentor apprentices, maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates, and possess knowledge of refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
