Requirements

  • Final-year student or Master’s candidate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Availability to carry out a curricular internship agreement
  • Good command of English. C2 level (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and administrative management
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential information
  • Proactivity and ability to learn quickly
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
  • Collaborative attitude and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Support in managing and updating the employee database
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process (posting job offers, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, liaising with job portals and universities)
  • Help prepare and monitor administrative documentation (contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel files)
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating training and workplace wellness activities
  • Assist with attendance control
  • Perform filing and record maintenance tasks in accordance with current regulations
  • Collaborate in preparing reports and management indicators for the department
  • Support employee initiatives, internal culture, engagement, and coordinate corporate outings and events
  • Respond to and direct basic employee inquiries, providing information or redirecting to the appropriate person
