At least 5+ years of experience in HR as a generalist or in a labor-related role
At least 3+ years of experience managing payroll systems
Knowledge of the Revolution/TRESS system (incident capture)
Knowledge of Labor Laws (LLF), application of disciplinary measures, termination of employment relationships
Administration of development and training programs
Upper-intermediate English
Desirable: Proficiency in WorkDay, Revolution/TRESS system, SAP

Manage labor administration and ensure legal and corporate compliance at all times
Manage the payroll process and provide staff advice
Provide advice on employee relations, new employee orientations, and exit interviews
Recommend, develop, communicate, and implement new approaches, policies, practices, and procedures to achieve continuous improvements in department efficiency, services provided, and the resolution of problems or issues through the use of criteria consistent with government regulations or laws
Manage labor administration, ensuring legal and corporate compliance, as well as employee well-being, at all times
Research and analyze various types of data to improve processes and indicators
Keep all labor documents up-to-date with federal regulations on general working conditions
Ensure that terminations are carried out in accordance with labor guidelines
