Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with at least 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic people leadership role; they should demonstrate proven experience advising senior leaders and supporting high-growth organizations; possess skilled coaching, facilitation, and navigating complex organizational and team dynamics; and exhibit a systems thinking approach with strong judgment, enabling strategic and tactical execution; additionally, candidates must be U.S.-based with working knowledge of multi-state employment practices (Ca, Wa, Ma, etc.) and experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to managers, advising on organizational planning, team health, and engagement; support employee relations, performance conversations, and career development; build and refine core HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, feedback cycles, leveling, people analytics, and alumni experience/offboarding; collaborate on org-wide initiatives including engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and DEI programs, learning & development, and manage and improve the HRIS in collaboration with the Operations team; ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies, and act as a culture carrier, modeling company values and helping others do the same.
