Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resource management or an equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Minimum of five years experience within Human Resources
  • Adaptability to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Possesses strategic focus, is decisive, displays good judgment, and has a strong operational focus
  • Articulates clearly, listens for understanding, and effectively influences individuals with varying backgrounds
  • SPHR/PHR or SHRM-SCP/-CP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, providing guidance and counsel on matters related to workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, change management, succession planning, employee engagement, etc
  • Recommend, implement, and support strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and the productivity, engagement, development and retention of associates
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the cross functional HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Counsel managers and associates in problem solving, dispute resolution, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and code of conduct policies; providing counsel and advice to management and associates
