Responsibilities

This role involves providing advice to managers on relevant policies, conducting counselling and interviews, addressing grievance disputes, and managing the performance management and review process. The position also requires conducting regular reviews and communications on individual and team performance, as well as managing the recruitment, selection, and induction process and exit interviews.
