Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in HR systems management and IT support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required, along with the ability to handle a wide range of People operations duties and ensure the smooth operation of administrative and IT-related processes. Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as ZenHR, Google Workspace, and CultureAmp is essential, as is experience with data migration, bulk uploads, and system audits. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and onboarding/offboarding processes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The HRMS & IT Specialist will be responsible for owning and maintaining HR systems, including ZenHR and other HR platforms, ensuring data integrity, customizing user profiles, and providing training. They will also coordinate laptop and equipment setup for new hires, implement and maintain MDM solutions, manage the provisioning of new devices, and oversee the proper data wiping and hardware recovery during offboarding. Furthermore, the role involves acting as the first point of contact for new hires in Egypt, building rapport with distributed team members, organizing occasional in-person engagement activities, and representing the People team locally, collaborating closely with the central HR team in Saudi Arabia.
