Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS and People Technology, specifically within a payroll environment. Strong experience with Workday Payroll is essential, and familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS systems is highly desirable. Experience with data analysis and reporting is also needed.
The Senior Workday Payroll Specialist will partner with stakeholders to support People systems, including providing technical solutions and identifying development areas. They will also assist junior team members with ticket resolution and queries, support HR System upgrades and enhancements, consult with functional leaders on technology solutions, review business processes to improve efficiency, build custom reports and extract data, help and train the People team on best practices, troubleshoot complex problems, and maintain security requirements.
