Requirements
- Strong background in HR systems, particularly Workday modules (Recruiting, Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Absences)
- Proven abilities to plan, organize, implement, and manage HRIS solutions
- Experience leading HRIS teams and supporting team development
- Knowledge of data management best practices and data integrity
- Familiarity with HR technologies like VNDLY, Peakon, Time Tracking, and emerging AI capabilities (predictive analytics, natural language processing, intelligent automation)
- Ability to collaborate with IT, vendors, partners, and cross-functional HR teams (HR Ops, L&D, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics)
- Comfortable with strategic planning, hands-on execution, project leadership, testing, implementations, and global collaboration across time zones
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Workday modules, including enhancements, maintenance, audits, and system upgrades
- Support expansion of strategic roadmap, including VNDLY, Peakon, and Time Tracking
- Partner with IT to review, test, and implement system releases, communicating benefits to stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR Ops to automate business requirements and reduce process cycle times
- Lead HRIS team, managing Workday modules, streamlining operations, and supporting employee development
- Ensure data integrity and apply data management best practices
- Provide technical and enhancement support in collaboration with HR Operations
- Prioritize operational activities, resolve complex issues, and provide guidance on escalated matters
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to maximize value from relationships
- Lead and support resolution of integration issues, execute ad hoc data uploads, and develop complex reports with analytics
- Participate in HR technology maintenance, implementation, and improvement projects
- Lead special projects and seasonal HR processes supported by Workday
- Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle stages for excellent employee experience
- Leverage AI capabilities within Workday and auxiliary platforms
- Collaborate across global teams to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives
- Track and report on system performance, adoption metrics, and process improvement outcomes
