A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or generalist/support roles. Key skills include strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, employee relations, rewards, or talent management; excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail; ability to work with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle); and strong organizational skills.
