Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. They should possess strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, and project management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
The HR Shared Services Intern will assist HR Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing HR Shared Services projects, supporting process mapping and documentation, scheduling project meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, contributing to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting change management and communication efforts, and performing other duties as assigned.
