Responsibilities

The HR Operations Team Lead will champion Lambda's culture and mission, leading the HR Operations team to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include establishing and enforcing company policies, owning the new hire onboarding experience, and maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS. The role involves executing and overseeing payroll and benefit administration, acting as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and city regulations. Additionally, the lead will manage departmental compliance areas, implement and optimize the HR ticketing system, maintain documentation of HR procedures, and oversee employee check-ins for advocacy and conflict resolution.
