Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in general HR operations within a pooled model. Responsibilities

The HR Operations Specialist will deliver comprehensive HR services, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing payroll, administering benefits, and responding to employee inquiries. They will perform HR transactions in the HRIS, escalate unresolved matters, execute repeatable HR processes, manage employee positions, and provide employment verification. The role also involves assisting with HR reporting and audits, providing multi-language support across the assigned region, improving HR processes, supporting local HR teams, assisting with labor law issues, and participating in ad-hoc HR projects while maintaining confidentiality.
