Requirements

  • BS or BA in applicable field (required)
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP credential (preferred)
  • 3-5 years proven work experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in management
  • Experience managing HRIS systems (Dayforce/Ceridian preferred)
  • Proven experience overseeing benefits administration, compensation management, and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, strong ability to establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Preference for local candidates to Chandler, AZ for monthly in-person meetings (remote role)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all benefit administration, including review and participation in strategy for benefits plans and programs
  • Facilitate benefits open enrollments, create new policies and practices, and guide employees on health benefits options (health, vision, dental, 401k)
  • Oversee and manage payroll and payroll functions, including multi-state tax jurisdictions
  • Develop and administer HR processes, policies, and procedures for all employees, including vacation, sick, FMLA, and other leave policies
  • Oversee the new hire onboarding experience
  • Develop processes and procedures for effective payroll administration, timesheet management, new hire enrollments, and offboarding
  • Own the HRIS system and ensure proper employee recordkeeping
  • Define and drive HR operations reporting and analysis; complete corporate annual reports including Year-End, ACA, and EEO reporting and filing
  • Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvements in efficiency
  • Support, manage, and mentor HR Operations Coordinators
