Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in HR delivery or shared services within the US. A solid understanding of US HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration, is required. Occasional flexibility in working hours may be needed for cross-time zone meetings or high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

The HR Operations Generalist will provide exceptional support to employees, primarily in North America and as needed for the Philippines team, by managing and resolving employee requests with accuracy and discretion. This role involves triaging tickets, managing key People Ops processes such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, employment verifications, and Workday transactions, and serving as the first line of support for the People Team. Responsibilities include executing employee data updates, managing the People Operations ticket queue, providing direction and resources to employees, improving operational efficiency through automation and process changes, leading process enhancement projects, assisting with special projects, running HRIS reports and audits, reviewing and updating HR policies, and serving as a backup for TPH-related tasks.
