Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR topics, in a high-growth environment (Start-up, Scale-up)
  • First experience in operational support to managers
  • Analytical posture and ability to question existing processes to optimize them

Responsibilities

  • Handle personnel administration from employee entry to exit (contracts, amendments, affiliations, etc.)
  • Ensure updating and compliance of employee files
  • Track trial periods, leaves, absences, and other HR administrative elements
  • Manage drafting and archiving of HR documents
  • Collect, verify, and transmit variable payroll elements to the provider or internal service
  • Check payslips and follow up on any corrections
  • Manage social declarations and follow legal payroll obligations
  • Ensure proper application of remuneration rules and social benefits
  • Answer employees' questions about their compensation and benefits
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for employees and managers on administrative and operational questions
  • Provide daily support on HR-related requests (certificates, absence management, contractual documents, etc.)
  • Ensure proper application of internal procedures and legal obligations
  • Accompany implementation of HR tools and processes to optimize operational efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and propose optimization actions
  • Update and optimize HR information systems (HRIS)
