Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management processes
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience
Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate regular reports for leadership
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related matters, including resolving employee payroll inquiries
Calculate wages, process deductions, and manage payroll adjustments (e.g., hires, terminations, salary changes)
Coordinate with global payroll processors to ensure timely and accurate payroll for international employees
Maintain accurate payroll records and conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal standards
Accurately enter and update employee data in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG)
Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Support immigration processes, including coordinating visa applications, renewals, and compliance documentation
Assist with administering compensation programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive plans
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries to maximize benefits utilization
Collaborate on diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace
Coordinate recruiting activities, such as scheduling interviews, managing communications, and preparing offer letters
Assist with employee development initiatives, including training programs and performance management processes
