Requirements

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een HR-rol waarin je veel zelf regelde
  • Je wordt blij van afvinken, bijhouden, structureren – en van processen die kloppen
  • Je kent de basics van arbeidsrecht (niet als jurist, maar wel als iemand die weet waar ‘ie op moet letten)
  • Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en schakelt makkelijk met wie nodig is
  • Je communiceert helder en eerlijk. Geen vage taal of poespas – gewoon duidelijk

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & offboarding: Zorg dat nieuwe collega’s zich welkom voelen en dat alles op tijd gefikst is – laptop, contract, inloggegevens, you name it
  • HR-administratie: Van contractwijzigingen tot ziekteverzuim – houd het overzicht én de rust
  • HR-systeembeheer: Werk met Numbrs en ken elke hoek van dat systeem
  • Recruitment support: Ondersteun bij het wervingsproces, bijvoorbeeld door vacatures online te zetten, gesprekken in te plannen en contact te houden met kandidaten
  • Procesverbetering: Signaleer en pak bottlenecks aan
  • HR-support: Wees het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en schakel makkelijk met finance, leidinggevenden of externe partners
