Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields
  • Ideally 6+ years of experience in a Human Resources environment
  • Strong business acumen and judgement
  • Experience in providing HR and employee relations advice in a complex global environment
  • Proven experience in influencing company culture and leading culture change programs
  • Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to inspire change
  • Strong project management skills with a results orientation
  • Capability to define, translate, and implement an organization’s strategy effectively
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Directors to drive effective organizational alignment and processes
  • Take charge of change management initiatives in partnership with Senior Leadership teams
  • Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy to reinforce our culture and desired behaviours
  • Align people requirements and structure with business needs and developments
  • Provide mentorship on performance management to People Leaders, including training programs in partnership with L&D
  • Coordinate HR Calendar activities such as Talent Review & Planning, Employee Engagement Surveys, Annual Compensation Review, and headcount/payroll budgeting
  • Manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Cultivate a welcoming and diverse work environment, encouraging employee involvement and welfare
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Supervise the workers' compensation process for Manufacturing and Supply Chain
  • Manage development plans and succession planning across the business
