Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various HR departments (recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits) over a two-year program
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of various HR solutions, including policies, processes, systems, and tools
  • Drive continuous organizational improvements
  • Assist the talent development department with project promotion, innovative operational content design, digital learning culture cultivation, and transformation
  • Assist the organization in implementing recruitment, understand the entire recruitment process, and utilize various effective recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of major HR department projects
