Responsibilities
Rotate through various HR departments (recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits) over a two-year program
Participate in the formulation and execution of various HR solutions, including policies, processes, systems, and tools
Drive continuous organizational improvements
Assist the talent development department with project promotion, innovative operational content design, digital learning culture cultivation, and transformation
Assist the organization in implementing recruitment, understand the entire recruitment process, and utilize various effective recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs
Participate in the planning and implementation of major HR department projects
