Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, along with 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on retail employee relations. Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and case management tools.

Responsibilities

The HR Generalist – Field Support will support the resolution of escalated store-level HR issues and concerns, participate in timely, objective investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws across all locations, track and analyze ER trends to identify risks and recommend proactive solutions, partner with Legal and HR leadership on complex employee relations matters, support District and General Managers on coaching, performance management, and corrective action, support consistent application and understanding of policies and HR practices across the field, assist with workforce planning in partnership with field leaders, maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all employee relations cases, support development, rollout, and communication of HR initiatives and SOPs, and monitor field compliance and escalate issues when necessary.
