Requirements

Convincing, flexible, team player, self-starter
Bachelor or Master in HR, Business Management or related
7+ years of developing HR experience as HR Generalist or HRBP in a commercial, global environment
Extensive knowledge and experience with the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter'
Extensive knowledge of Dutch Labor Law
Good command of the Dutch and English language

Responsibilities

Provide all-round HR partnership for part of the organization in the Netherlands
Proactively advise on staffing, compensation, engagement, talent management, and disputes
Act as Absenteeism Case Manager and support leadership throughout the Netherlands with complex absenteeism cases
Serve as the first point of contact for the Occupational Health and Safety Service (Arbodienst), the Social Security Office (UWV), and the insurers of WGA shortfalls and surplus benefits
Manage the Office of Work, ensuring the optimal use of the residual capacity of partially sick colleagues
Act as the first point of contact for complex employment law cases and responsible for the best possible solution, using external legal support where necessary
Build a database containing the content, considerations, and outcomes of cases and share this with the HR team
As a project manager, initiate and/or supervise improvement processes related to (administrative) HR processes
