Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Candidate Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the candidate journey, providing white-glove service from onboarding to offboarding, and will handle communication with rejected candidates and onboarding emails for new hires. You will execute comprehensive onboarding programs, coordinate with various teams to prepare resources, organize onboarding sessions, and ensure 15-30-60-90 day check-ups are completed. Furthermore, you will source candidates for technical and non-technical positions, leveraging Web3 connections, participate in Web3 events, establish academic partnerships, and manage company presence on professional networks while responding to candidate feedback and processing documentation related to onboarding and offboarding, including reimbursements and contractor management.
