Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of six months of HR experience, including internships or entry-level roles, with recent graduates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will provide support with onboarding and off-boarding processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with the recruitment process, supporting employee engagement programs, preparing reports and presentations, and facilitating training and development initiatives. Additionally, they will manage calendars, schedule meetings, draft internal communications, maintain digital filing systems, and assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed, all while supporting the Head of HR’s strategic and day-to-day operations.
