Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience
Intermediate computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and/or graphics; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of HR systems and processes (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service, basic analytical and troubleshooting skills
Planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Ability to work well in a team environment and fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

Provide process and transactional support for HR systems & processes
Support all users through resolution of cases using Service Now technology, chat, and phone support
Act as first point of contact for handling all support calls routed to the People Operations team
Resolve first-level support requests and perform other required tasks
Assist with large volume of data entry and review for team member business processes (hires, terminations, salary adjustments, confidential items)
Monitor various HR inboxes and respond or escalate to appropriate teams (COE, HR Strategic Partners, Leadership)
Receive and provide basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures (address changes, application support, background check corrections, employee self-service support)
Review and update key business processes and general master data components
Collaborate with People Operations team to meet support service level agreements and department KPIs
