Requirements

5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance
At least 1 year of crew leader experience
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Valid, insurable driver’s license
18 years or older
Ability to lead crew through maintenance route, take directions, and receive feedback from supervisor
Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client’s property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer

Responsibilities

Mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of commercial properties with 1-4 crew members
Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment
