Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator (Night Shift & Weekends) - Remote at A1M Solutions

Yes, this is a fully remote position.

The role is 30 hours per week on night shifts and weekends in SAST: Sunday 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Friday 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (split shift), Saturday 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays off.

The role requires 1-2 years' experience in scheduling and coordination (preferably healthcare or home care), exceptional communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution for load shedding.

Candidates with 1-2 years of scheduling experience in healthcare, exceptional communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, problem-solving prowess, and Microsoft Office proficiency who can work independently on night shifts stand out.
