Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in the telecommunications industry or with MVNx
  • Experience working directly with MVNOs and a solid background in telecommunications technology and solution sales
  • Experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and telecommunications software solutions
  • Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the MVNO space
  • Solid understanding of telecom architectures, services, and platforms
  • Knowledge of MVNO models, and telecommunications operations, including billing, network management, and customer provisioning
  • Proven ability to engage with technically savvy audiences, delivering clear, persuasive, and well-structured pitches and presentations
  • Experience in driving a sales process through technical qualification and proposal development, with a strong focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering on promises
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales presentations and technical demos, effectively communicating the benefits of our platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Tailor pitches to address specific business pain points, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions with prospects to uncover requirements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop customized solutions, write proposals, and contribute to the development of commercial offers
  • Own the sales process from discovery to contract signing, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood and met
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and materials, ensuring alignment with market messaging and customer needs
  • Be an advocate for the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to shape future solution offerings
